Our Website Account Manager position is responsible for overall client satisfaction, strategy, and program delivery for assigned accounts. This role is the primary relationship builder and serves as a bridge between our clients and our team. Serving as the project manager for their assigned accounts, the Website Account Manager is responsible for defining website goals, strategies and practices and ensuring it’s executed on time and within budget.

Job location:

Ocala, Florida/ Nashville, Tennessee/ Colorado Springs, Colorado. We allow our employees to work remotely most of the time as well. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Set client program objectives and project timelines as part of the startup process
  • Meeting with clients to discuss design, content, strategy, and optimization
  • Advise best practices of website design and user experience strategies to drive conversion rates
  • Communicate client requirements to analysts, strategists, copywriters, developers and designers
  • Researching business objectives and outlining needed content that fits with strategic positioning and target audiences
  • Lead client strategy review sessions, internal and external startup meetings
  • Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met
  • Project manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverables
  • Onboard and meet with potential clients to determine needs
Qualifications include:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Project management experience
  • Extreme attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of website development/ tools such as (WordPress, Elementor, etc.)
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
  • Professional, friendly, positive, optimistic demeanor
  • A strong understanding of relevant technologies, solutions, troubleshooting, & support
