Here’s what goes into our design and development process.
First, we’ll work with you to create a project scope. Once it’s agreed upon, we’ll get to work.
Company and Client agree to the scope of the project and the price. 50% Deposit made by client
Our project manager will send out a welcome email, and an onboarding call will be scheduled with you and our design team.
By now we’ll be ready to show you the full website design. We’ll go through it with you page by page and listen carefully to your feedback. Keep in mind that stock images may be used in some parts if we’re still waiting on images and creative assets. This stage can take several calls, and when you’re happy with the site we’ll produce the final design.
Development time can depend on things like design complexity, site features and number of pages. Once our developers have completed their first draft, we’ll put your site through a rigorous quality assurance process to check all of the content, the links provided and created, how it functions, etc. Once it’s ready, we’ll share this ‘staged’ site with you to get your feedback, making any changes as requested.
This is the final step before launching your new site! For updates to existing websites, we’ll complete a website migration prior to launch that includes preserving the content, site speed, and most importantly, the SEO value. For new and existing websites, we’ll go through the website one last time and seek final approval from you prior to launch.
At this stage, we’ll be ready to show you the initial concept of your site’s new homepage, including the header, footer and site navigation. We want to make sure you’re on board with what we’ve got, as we’ll use this concept to design the rest of the site. We’ll listen to your feedback and make revisions until this page is perfect.
Once the design is completed and you approve it, we’ll move to development!
